• Only use in a child-safe and properly supervised environment.
• Dock is not intended for infant sleep.
• Never use in the parent's bed. If baby falls asleep,move them to a sleep product (e.g. crib/cot or bassinet).
• Older child ready for toddler bed may use dock for sleep.
• Only use dock when fully assembled; Never use component parts separately or use dock with non-DockATot parts.
• Never use to carry child.
• Do not use dock if damaged.

WHERE TO USE:

• Only use in toddler bed if your child is able to safely descend.
• Never use in a crib, bassinet, or near a wall or other vertical structure. Baby can move between dock and side structure, and become entrapped and suffocate.
